milion888 takes its obligations with respect to underage gaming seriously. If we have reason to believe that a registered user is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the account pending verification. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility will be void and forfeited.

To access the full range of milion888 services, you must register for an account. The following terms apply to the registration and maintenance of your milion888 account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) milion888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

• Account Ownership: Your milion888 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

milion888 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the milion888 Platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: milion888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the milion888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the milion888 Platform, its servers, or its underlying systems.

All content on the milion888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of milion888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the milion888 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on any Content; (c) use any Content for any commercial purpose; or (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.

The milion888 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of milion888. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of milion888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, milion888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the milion888 Platform.

milion888 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times or without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities; (c) any specific game outcome or result will be achieved; or (d) the Platform will meet your individual requirements or expectations.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, milion888's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You may close your milion888 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
